| Abstract: |
This executive order is addressed to the staff of the Trust Administration Office in respect of the land belonging to General Padma Jung and confiscated by the state after the coup d'etat of November 1885. The seized land was given by the king, aged 10, to the premier as rent free holdings. This order takes effect from 1947 V.S. The trust land fell within the rent free holdings of the premier. The records of the office concerned be so adjusted as to make the trust land so taken away be rent free. |
