| Abstract: |
This rukkā exempts all kinds of taxes from the land donated to the deity. The temple was set up by Bhāva Simha Newār and one maujā of land was endowed to maintain the rituals and sadāvarta charity. Person who will misappropriate and covet the trust land inflicts five heinous sins. |
