Abstract: Receiving a sum of Rs. 60 odd as baksauni and dasaudh, the King Surendra gives approval to the selling of birtā land ropanī 2/50 of beguvā sold by 9 Pādhyā brothers ( i.e. Kāsirām Pādhyā and others ) to Major Bhavanatha Upādhyā of Manthali and allows the buyer to enjoy it as birtā accordingly.
