Abstract: A house of Ṭhimī Na Ṭola Bhulākhela was sold by owner Ketinarasiṁha and Viṣṇu Pilā to Mādhav Siṁha and Sāheba Kṛṣṇa at Rs. 346 odd. Receiving 5% of the total cost as Baksāuni, King Surendra approves this deed of sale and allows the purchaser to enjoy the property as sunā birtā accordingly.
