This lālamohara of King Tribhuvan substitutes land situate at the places specified as the trust land of Jitjung Prakāśeśvara Guthi was affected in 1978, when the ropeway line passed over it. The rent in cash is to be paid from 1978 to 1994. From 1995 on the trust is to get the land substituted. |
