| Abstract: | This is a petition submitted to the premier by Lālu Acāra praying the former that the petitioner be exempted from submitting the balance sheet of the operation of the trust of Ṭuḍāla Devī as they were divested of the power to operate the trust in 1924 V.S. through a charter. The lālamohara for the purpose was made in 1830 V.S. in favour of Antanārāyaṇa and others. |
