| Abstract: |
This is the executive order of Premier Juddha Śamśera counter-signed by General Padma confirming the recommendation of the Guthi Administration Office in respect of the operation of the trust of the deity. The trust land was donated to Śaṅkar Datta Jhā during the war with China when he carried on esoteric practices to propitiate the deity and succeeded in inflicting damage there by to the enemy.
