This document issues an order to release the amount of rice mentioned in charge of Kharidāra Cirañjīvī Neupāne of Guṭhī Kharca Aḍḍā to distribute haṇḍī (alms to the poor) and to manage Bhaṇḍārā (feast given to the jogīs) for ascetis, pilgrims, religious mendicants and other poors for 14 days at the time of Śivarātrī of the year V.S. 1958. |
