This ia letter sent by Ujīr Singh Thāpā from Navākoṭ Gaḍhī to General Bhīmasen Thāpā and Kājī Raṇadhvaja Thāpā. In this, he states that a delegation met Colonel Barāṭ in Sugaulī but the matter remained unsettled. And, he suggests to alert the army to fight against the Britishers. |
