This executive order of Premier Juddha Śamaśera counter-signed by Commander-in-Chief Padma Śamaśera instructs the Dhanakuṭā Court to fine 25 pice to a Muslim wearing a cap without the tassel. For the second offence 50 pice and for the third offence 20 rupees shall be fined. |
