This ordinance issued by the premier and counter-signed by the commander-in-chief directs the civil and criminal courts, district chiefs, check points, rent collectors, village chiefs throughout the country to act as provided here in respect of making the improvement of the country by making good arrangement for the growth of industry and commerce so that the Nepalese may get employment and improve their way of life. With that end in view, the industrial survey up to West no. 3 is to be operated. All the persons addressed are required to help the officials deputed there for. |
