Abstract: As mentioned in the copper plate inscription, Dhanavar Pharāsa pledges to be faithful to the arrangement executed by King Raṇabahādura in handing over the throne to King Gīrvāṇayuddha. Its violation may invite malediction of Lord Paśupatinātha and [he and his descendants will] live in hell as worms for millions of lives.
