Abstract: A rāvutta from Yalādeśa (Patan) dedicates an image of Viśveśvara to please the Aghora face of Paśupati. In addition, he donates a conch known as gaurī śaṅkha, yak's tail as a whisker, rotā (small pot for water), bhopā (plate) and a kholā (bowl). Further he donates 12 ṭaṃkās to defray the expenses for food offerings to Paśupati once a month on the day of full moon.
