Abstract: This copper plate inscription provides a grant of 31 ropanīs of land and odd to Paśupati as an endowment for conducting periodic ritual functions during Kārttika Pūrṇimā, Śivarātrī Caturdaśi and Paśupati pūjā. The votive materials required for the rituals are specified.
