Type of writing support: Stone slab; The stone slab was walled in at a niche. At it's base were added lotus ornaments and left and right of it were placed two, now damaged, figures in reverential posture.

Text legibility: Legible; One word in the penultimate line of the inscription appears to have been removed, rather than chipped off by itself; The outer ornamental edge has disappeared partly, because the stone slab was walled in. Plaster and cement traces are on the surface of the slab and some red kumkum paste was applied.
