This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana, aged 36, allocates land as substitute for the trust land of Patan Talejū, which happened to be situated within the alignment of the land appropriated for Colonel Vikrama Śamśera Rāṇā at Jawalakhel. The rent for the land for 4 years is to be paid at the market rate and the rent from 1996 on will go to the trust as compensation. |
