This lālamohara of King Surendra appoints Samudranātha Bhaṇḍārī and others to operate the rituals of Śrī Baṭuka Bhairava of Jumlā. They are required to collect the rent from the land appropriated for the purpose. They are required to receive the visiting fakirs. If they are found guilty of misappropriating the trust fund, they shall be dealt with severely. |
