This lālamohara of King Raṇa Bahādura authorizes one Ghātopāla Biṣṭa to collect tax as usual in northern region of Manang on payment of rupees 2401 to the state treasury. He is warned against oppressing the people affected. He shall not be dispossessed of his office as long as he is true to his duty. |
