This royal decree, issued in VS 1863 by King Girvāṇayuddha, confirms and perpetuates an earlier grant of 15 bighās of land in the village of Khoḍaulī, located in the Rāḍī pragannā of Mahottari district, to the ascetic Bairagi Badrī Dāsa. The grant was intended to provide for the continued maintenance of the worship of Śrī Hanumān. |
