This is the executive order of the premier counter-signed by the commander-in-chief empowers Kulamāna Siṃha and Vikramamāna Siṃha to operate the trust of Dakṣiṇakālī. The founder was killed in the kota massacre and the trust was seized but restored in 1904 and 1942. Rukkā further empowers to operate the trust. |
