This executive order of Premier Raṇoddīpa counter-signed by Commander-in-Chief Jagat Śamaśera retains the trust of Śrī Dhumralocanī Devī in favour of Harṣa Deva Pādhyā, the priest who is required to conduct the rituals of the deity without a break. The original document to that was made by Cautariyā Babara Juṅga in 1899. |
