This document addressed to Śiva Prasāda Aryāla directs him to handover a blank sheet of lālamohara in his custody to Kālidāsa to prepare a lālamohara on a prayer made to the king by ten subbās of Cainpura. The king commanded the Limbus be authorized to beat the drum as was the practice in 1912 when military actions against Tibet were launched. |
