This lālamohara substitutes land from 1952 for the Taleju Thāpujā Guṭhī affected by the construction of the gunpowder magazine at Dagurne Pānī, Bālāju from 1945-46 onward. The cash rent is paid to the trust from 1945 to 1951. The land affected measures 12 ropanīs and odd and the land substituted measures 23 ropanīs. |
