Abstract: This document made by King Gīrvāṇa creates a copper-plate for the guṭhī land. The caravansarais one at Gaurī Kuṇḍa and the other at Tuṅganātha were built by Dharmāvatī, mother of Rāmadāsa Thāpā. The trust land shall not be subject to taxation. Out of the produce from the land, the caretaker shall maintain the caravansarais, supply drinking water to the pilgrims going to and returning from Badrinātha and Kedāranātha. The caretaker is expected to make the land donated as fertile as possible to make maximal utilization of the land thus donated.
