This lālamohara of King Surendra, aged 24, allocates 2.5 ropanīs of land to the Śrī Taleju Pavitrārohaṇa Guṭhī as compensation for the land surrounded by the land bought by Premier Jaṅga Bahādura is occupied by him with effect from the rent of 1909. The trustees are required to operate the trust out of the produce form the trust land substituted. |
