This document is addressed to Makrānanda Pādhyā, Śiva Śaṅkar Pādhyā et al. and relates to the land acquired by Premier Raṇaudipa on constructing a garden to the north of Nārāyaṇa garden. The land given as its substitute shall accrue rent from the year 1935. The rent amounts to 2 muris and 5 pāthis of paddy and a little wheat. The land substituted for it yields 1.4 of the produce of the original field. |
