This is a supplication submitted to the premier by Kula Prasād Kāyeṣtha of Bhaktapur representing Kula Narsiṃ, the senior most disciple of Nirmalā Miśra who died issueless praying him to appoint as a priest in lieu of Muktinātha for conducting the rituals of the trust of the deity-house belonged to him. The executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Administration Office to act as provided by the law. |
