This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana authorizes Rājendra Prasāda Śāha to exchange his land for the land attached to Nīrakamala Guṭhī of Śrī Taleju as its land was attached when Cautaria (royal collateral) Viṣṇu Prasāda Śāha walled his house. The rent from the year 1960 was affected and the rent was substituted from the new land for its rent affected. |
