This rukkā grants the land as an inheritance of Dharmadhara Udāsa on his death to Kṛṣṇa Śaṅkhara Udāsa for the operation of the Piśācacaturdaśī and Indrajātrā Guṭhī. The legatee has to pay as a fee at the rate of 8 ānnās a ropanī to the state. |
