This document allots land as substitute for the land affected when Lt. Colonel Bom Bahādur Sijāpati constructed two water mills at the end of the drain from the Bālāju pond. The guṭhī land is affected from the winter crop (wheat). This document remits the fees chargeable for making a lālamohara. The land affected for making the water-course leading to the operation of the water-mills is hereby compensated. |
