This document under the signature of the premier directs the gunpowder magazine of Nakhu to make the items specified for the display of fireworks during the marriage of General Dharma Śamśera. It also specifies other items to be delivered at the Nārāyaṇahiṭī palace in pursuance of the executive order of the premier counter-signed by the commander-in-chief. It further state that the expense of the dress attending the marriage party be incurred by the state. |
