Referring to the lālamohara issued on V.S. 1827 Bhadra vadi 13, by Pṛthvinārāyaṇa Śāha, this document receiving Jitāuri (the fee paid into court by a successful litigant accounting to 10 percent of the award), issues a jitāpatra (a written judgement of a law court in favour of litigant) in the name of Candranātha (descendant of Kāsinātha Bhaṭṭacārya) remitting the fine imposed regarding the case of disputed trust land. |
