| Abstract: |
This is the petition filed by Gajavīra Damai praying the premier to exempt him from payment of any due to the state as he is attached to the trust from generation to generation. The trust was founded by the previous king of Pālpā before the Gorkha conquest. The trust was founded along the words fallen from heaven. The trust has 10 murīs of land. The beneficiary is required to play the musical instrument at the place during the specific period, but not at other time. The petitioner prays to the premier to make one lālamohara to that effect. |
