Abstract: This executive order of the premier appoints Devīdāsa Bhusāla to function as the priest at the altar of Śrī Kālikādevī of Arghā. This office was conferred on the forefathers of the priest for 36 generations. After the Gorkhā conquest, the office was confirmed in favour of the grandfather of the priest who is required to conduct the conventional rituals.
