| Abstract: |
According to the lālamohara issued in V.S. 1898, the area of the trust land was kheta muri 1/20. In course of time the area has been extended to kheta muri 4/20 due to the cultivation of uncultivated land. Therefore, this petition prays for the settlement of a justification, if the trustee could operate and enjoy it. |
