The petitioner begs for a just decision in favour of him to enjoy th trust of Bālānīlakaṇṭha as it was overtaken by Viṣṇudatta Pādhyā by giving a false application in the year VS. 1934. The said trust was set by the petitioner's ancestor Ratneśvara Acār issuing a dānapatra in the year N.S. 875. |
