Abstract: This rukkā of King Surendra appropriates land not adversely affecting the interest of any party. Padma Siṃha Kārki prayed to the king to give him such a plot so that he might construct a cave where he might pray to God and a pond where birds and animals might drink. This land of Gulmi is hereby appropriated for the purpose in response to his prayer.
