| Abstract: |
Kalucā Kumāle and his friends had a contract to supply 7 to 8 thousands of mud vases earlier to Śivarātrī festival, on the otherhand they were forced to carry water gutter from Kulekhānī which would make them not possible to supply the contracted vessels timely. Therefore they complained against the forced labour and this document directs the concerning officers not to impose the said work on them. |
