Abstract: This lālamohara of King Surendra makes two trustees in respect of the rest house built by Tejnārāyaṇa on the way leading to China at Sipā. This trust has 13 ropanis of land approximately as its operation cost in favour of two sons of the founder. The original lālamohara was made in 1910 but lost. This lālamohara reprodues with some chnges of the original document.
