Abstract: This lālamohara of King Gīrvāṇa creates a copperplate for the trust made by the mother of the king when King Raṇa Bahadur Śāha was ruling. The land situated at various places named is donated to the offerings of Śrī Paśupatinātha. The paddy, the rice and the rent in cash are to be delivered to the house handling alms and offering flowers to Śrī Paśupati. The witnesses to this deed are the sun and the moon. Among human witnesses are Raṇa Udyota Śāha, Śrī Śamśer Śāha, Ser Bahādur Śāha, Kāzī Damodar Pānde and the priest officiating during the ceremony is Daivajña Keśarī Aryāla. The rituals to be observed and the items to be used are noted in detail.
