Abstract: This lālamohara made during the reign of King Rājendra provides ornaments for Śrī Paśupati and Śrī Mahāsnāna. The original gift of a golden umbrella was made by King Jaya Prakāśa Malla of Kantipur in 878 Nepal Samvat (1815 V.S.). The totāl weight of the parasol is 139 tolās and 12 lālas. Other dignitaries also made offerings of golden ornaments, including by King Raṇa Bahādur in 1843 V.S.
