Abstract: This lālamohara of King Surendra addressed to Tapsi Lāmā of Padi monastery stipulates that no trees within the forest land attached to the trust be cut down nor conflagration be made. All the ornaments attached to the trust of the monastery be handed over to the priest whose turn it is to take over from the out-going priest. In case any ornament is lost, the person responsible for safe keeping should pay damages for the loss caused to the trust.
