| Abstract: |
This is the petition of one Kālikā Prasāda Girī in respect of getting back the authority dispossessed in 1991 V.S. after enjoying the office for 150 years. The supporting document of the trust in his forefathers’ favour was made in 1841, 1863 and 1869. The petitioner prays to the premier to restore him the office enjoyed from generation to generation. |
