This lālamohara of King Surendra authorizes Devanārāyaṇa Giri to set an oil mill within the land purchased by him and situated at Tacapāla, Bhaktapur. Out of the mill, the oil is to be collected in the form of rent from the eleven oil-men. The oil so collected is to be used for burning lamps at the temple of Dattātraya, Bhaktapur. |
