| Abstract: |
This is a joint petition presented to the premier by Kṛṣṇa Dās Vairāgi and Siddhi Kumāri Vairāgi of Lazimpāth, as members of a joint family praying him to confirm their right of the allocated share of the Vediya Triṣanḍi Matha and others self-required property in equal proportion from Balbhadra Dās Vairāgi, the other member who divested and excluded their share in a fraudulent manner. As members of the same family they alleged him that they were entitled to recover the possession of the inherited property, being the only property left by their ancestors. The executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Office to act in accordance with the law. |
