Abstract: This lālamohara of King Pṛthvi Vira Vikrama Śāha confirms the exercise of authority by Mahanta Jaikṛṣṇa Puri, a newly appointed monk over five villages of Mahottari dedicated to Śiva. As mentioned in the royal decree, he is also entitled to collect revenues on payment of 100 rupees as monetary fees to the Revenue Office as the former Mahanta Rajendra Puri was dead.
