This executive order of Premier Raṇoddipa counter-signed by General Dhira Śamśera retains the trust of Śrī Mahākālī Devī of Arghā founded by the former king of Arghā in favour of his spiritual teacher. The tenants of the trust land are required to take care of the building and the Newar to supply cotton thread for the deity. |
