This document is addressed to General Dhīr Śamśera and the guṭhī named herein was made by the rānī of the general on her deathbed at Āryāghāṭa out of the land set apart for his office. The matter was reported through the commander-in-chief to the premier. All sorts of taxation are made tax exempted in the guṭhī land mentioned.
