| Abstract: |
This is the rukkā addressed to Nanda Lāla Marhaṭṭa in respect of the Śrī Saktivalleśvara and Śrī Radha Valleśvara for which a trust for daily and casual rituals was made. The land attached to the trust in the possession of Lakṣmīnārāyaṇa was to be transferred through a sanada for this trust in 1921 V.S. on the death of the new tranferee, the addressee prayed the king to let him take possession of the land dispossessed. This document obligates to handover the residue of the trust to the wife of Lokanātha whose forefathers had founded the trust. After her death, the addressee is required to conduct the daily and casual worship of the deities, repair the temples, distribute the alms and enjoy the residue. |
