This lālamohara of King Surendra, aged 32, allocates 4 ropanīs of land attached to the trust of Śrī Lakṣmeśvara to the trust of the bridge built at Balambhu by Captain Vīrabhadra Kunwar Rāṇā. The Guṭhī land affected is given another plot as substitute.
